Line — Accordion Book (2024)
This accordion book explores the concept of a line through geometry, material, and perception. The continuous red line running across every spread connects the entire sequence—serving as both a visual and conceptual thread. Photographs capture linear moments in urban environments—edges, tiles, curbs, and shadows—revealing how lines divide and connect the spaces around us.
Beyond mathematics, the project reinterprets the line as both boundary and bridge—between colors, materials, and ideas; between the tangible and the abstract; between life and death, earth and sky, stillness and movement. Through the interplay of image, text, and negative space, the publication embodies this tension, suggesting that every division also implies connection, and every edge holds the potential for expansion.
